Standard Cleaning: Soak a felt stopper or cleaning patch with the solution and pull it through the barrel several times.

Heavy Fouling: Plug one end of the barrel and fill it completely with the solvent. Leave it to sit for several hours or overnight for maximum effectiveness.

Post-Cleaning Care: After use, dry the barrel thoroughly and apply a protective coating like Ballistol Universal Oil or Gunex to prevent pitting, as the ammonia can cause corrosion if left to evaporate while only moistening the surface.
