Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 1 day of product delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
A 10% fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and bank charges.
Please note: Motivations are non-refundable.
