The set includes all necessary components for the preparation, browning, and preservation process: 

• Aluminum Primer (50 ml): Removes invisible oxide layers to prepare the surface.

• Aluminum Browning Solution (50 ml): The chemical agent that creates the durable black finish.

• Gunex Special Gun Oil Spray (50 ml): Used for the final preservation and protection of the finish.

• Accessories: Includes 2 pairs of nitrile gloves, 2 goat hair brushes, and 2 absorbent cleaning cloths.

The process is designed for both professionals and hobbyists and generally takes about 10 minutes.

• Preparation: Thoroughly degrease the aluminum surface using a residue-free solvent (e.g., Ballistol Cold Degreaser).

• Priming: Apply the aluminum primer with a brush or cotton stick, leave it for 20–30 seconds, then dab it away with a clean cloth.

• Browning: Apply the browning liquid evenly and leave for 20–30 seconds. Dab dry and repeat this 3–4 times until the desired black tone is achieved.

• Rinsing: Rinse the treated area thoroughly with distilled water.

• Preservation: Seal the new finish by applying Gunex gun oil to protect it from weather and wear.

• Coverage: The set is very economical; approximately 100 ml of solution is enough to cover one square metre.

• Material Compatibility: Specifically formulated for aluminum and its alloys; it will not work on steel or non-aluminum materials.
