    Setting Up Your Scope
    Before Sighting In
    Once your scope is mounted and leveled by your gunsmith,
    remove the Zero Stop located inside the Elevation turret to
    prepare for sighting in.
    Removing the Zero Stop
    • Unscrew the elevation turret cap with the plastic tool provided
    in your scope box.
    • Gently lift the turret cap off to access the Zero Stop inside.
    • Pull the black Zero Stop ring up to remove it.
    Setting the Zero Stop After Zeroing
    • After zeroing your rifle, replace the Zero Stop ring by turning it
    in the direction indicated by the arrow.
    • Set the turret cap back to zero and tighten the screw.
    Final Steps
    Replace the turret cap and continue sighting in your scope.
    Once your sight-in is complete at the desired distance, securely
    tighten the Zero Stop as described.
    Torque Settings:
    • Ring Bases on Picatinny: 40 in-lbs
    • Scope Mounts: 15-18 in-lbs
